1. CONCEPT

Initial brief, research, DNA of the project, initial space planing, mood board and style direction

2. SCHEMATIC DESIGN (SD)

Refined space planning, key elevations, selection of furniture and finishes

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT (DD)

Advanced plans and elevations, architectural specifications, 3D renderings

4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION (CD)

Millwork details, FF&E specifications

5. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION (CA)

Assisting with bids & VE, shop drawing review, installation

Depending on scope we can advise on a flat fee or hourly base. We work closely with experts in their fields: Architect of Record, General Contractor, Purchasing agent, Vendors, Lighting Designer, Art Consultant, Landscape Designer, Signage & Way Finding consultants, Food & Beverage, Spa operators … We understand it takes a village and make sure we play our part.
